KPL Aerospace Shipping Policy

 

Effective from 1 July 2025

At KPL Aerospace, we pride ourselves on delivering aerospace products safely and efficiently using trusted carriers—TNT for all Australian deliveries and FedEx for international shipments.

Shipping Carriers & Services

TNT — our exclusive carrier for all Australian orders

FedEx — used exclusively for international orders outside Australia 

Shipping Destinations

Australia-wide (all states and territories) — shipped via TNT

International — shipped via FedEx

For shipments involving Dangerous Goods (DG) internationally, please contact us directly to arrange compliant shipping solutions.

Delivery times are estimates and subject to customs clearance and local conditions. Delivery to remote or hard-to-reach locations may take longer than the quoted time frame.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout before payment.

Orders over $250 AUD dollars may qualify for free or discounted shipping (check current promotions).

This Offer will on be for Austrilain wide when on promotion.

Additional charges may apply for oversize items or special handling or Dangous goods (DG) products.

Authority to Leave

You may provide delivery instructions including Authority to Leave (ATL).

KPL Aerospace accepts responsibility for parcels left under ATL when arranged by us.

ATL is not permitted for high-value or sensitive shipments.

Order Processing and Dispatch

We endeavor to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.

Orders placed before 12 pm AEST are usually dispatched the same business day via TNT or FedEx.

Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched on the next business day.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

In cases of high order volume or unforeseen delays, we will notify customers if dispatch cannot occur within 48 business hours.

Backorders

Backordered items will hold the entire order until all items are in stock unless otherwise requested.

Partial shipments can be arranged, but additional shipping fees may apply.

Transit Insurance

Insurance is available upon request. Please notify us at checkout or via email for a quote.

Order Status and How to View

After placing your order, please ensure all your details are correct—including shipping address, contact number, and email—to avoid delays.

If you notice any errors, contact our team immediately at orders@kplaerospace.com.au 

You can view the status of your order at any time by logging into Your Account on our website using the email address provided during checkout.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number to monitor your parcel’s progress via the carrier’s website.

⚖️ Australian Consumer Law Compliance

KPL Aerospace complies fully with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), ensuring your consumer rights are protected.

Under ACL, you have the right to receive goods within a reasonable time. We make every effort to meet or exceed estimated delivery timeframes.

Should there be any significant delays or issues with your delivery, you are entitled to remedies including refunds or replacements as per ACL provisions.
