Returns & Exchanges Policy

Note: We do not accept in-person or in-store returns.
How to Request a Return
All return requests must be initiated by contacting us via email. We will issue you a Return Authorisation Number (RMA Form) once your request is approved.
To request a return:
Email us the completed form to request your RMA#.
Clearly write the RMA# on the outside of your return parcel.
❗ Returns received without an RMA# will not be processed and may be returned to sender.
What Can Be Returned?
We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return policy on most items, as long as they are returned in new, resellable condition with all original packaging and accessories.
Exclusions (non-returnable items):
Special order or custom items
Bulk quote orders (2 or more units of any item)
Gift vouchers and credit notes
Special Order: Any product we do not normally stock and must obtain specifically to fulfil your order.
Bulk Quote: Any quantity of 2 or more units of a product.
We reserve the right to reject any change-of-mind return we consider unreasonable.
Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
This policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a refund or replacement if a product is faulty, not fit for purpose, or does not match the description.
If your item is faulty, defective, damaged, or arrives with missing parts, please contact us immediately.
When and Where to Return Items
Timeframe: Items must be returned within 30 calendar days from the date on your invoice.

Shipping Costs:
Change of Mind Returns: Shipping is at your expense. We do not reimburse original shipping charges.
Incorrect, Missing, or Faulty Items: We will cover reasonable return shipping costs where required.
Acceptable Return Conditions
Returned items must meet the following conditions:
In original, undamaged, and clean packaging
All accessories, manuals, labels, and included items must be returned
No writing, tape, or damage on original packaging
Must be securely packaged in a separate shipping box with bubble wrap or similar protection
Must be sent with tracking and signature on delivery
We are unable to accept returns that arrive damaged due to poor packaging.

Final Notes
We process all returns promptly upon receipt of goods. Please allow up to 5 business days for inspection and processing once the item arrives at our facility.
