Product Description
Henkel Loctite® Hysol® EA 9309.3NA epoxy adhesive is a toughened and two-part adhesive, containing liquid part-A and gel part-B. Pink colored part-A component has epoxy like odor whereas blue colored part-B component has ammoniacal odor. Both the part-A and part-B of adhesive has a flash point of 248 degrees F and greater than 199.4 degrees F respectively. The density of part-A composition is 1.15 grams per milliliter while part-B has 1 gram per milliliter. Both the part-A and part-B components have a viscosity of 1500 to 3800 poise and 0.1 to 0.2 poise respectively. This adhesive has a tensile strength of 4670 psi at 77 degrees F and a shear strength of 4753 psi at 77 degrees F. The epoxy compound allows an elongation of 0.1 and has a storage temperature rating of 77 degrees F. It has a compressive strength of 7500 psi, compressive modulus of 245 ksi and a tensile modulus of 334 ksi. This product comes in a 1-quart container and takes 3 to 5 days for complete curing.
